Job Description:

This travel assignment offers an exciting opportunity for OR nurses with a solid background in Orthopedics and Neuro. You'll be scrubbed into a variety of cases, including total joints, sports medicine, neuro-spinal fusions, and large neuro procedures. Expect to work in a setting with 12 ORs, a dedicated Endo Suite, and a Cysto Suite, handling an average of 25-30 cases daily. The role involves both complex surgical procedures and collaborative teamwork, with minimal need for scrub duties. You'll experience a schedule with varied shifts, including early mornings and later afternoons, and have the chance to work some weekends and holidays on a rotating basis. The department fosters a family-like atmosphere and values cross-training, so flexibility to float to different specialties or assist as a 'helping hand' is essential. This position emphasizes skill, experience, and adaptability, providing a fulfilling environment for seasoned OR nurses seeking a dynamic contract.
