Job Description:

This contract role offers an opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to work in Reno’s renowned Neonatal ICU, providing specialized care to vulnerable neonatal patients. Expect to manage ventilator-dependent infants and participate in advanced neonatal interventions during night shifts scheduled for 12-hour periods. This assignment is ideal for those who thrive on precision and a touch of challenge, as you will be floating to meet the needs of the unit and possibly picking up an additional shift. The focus is on delivering individualized care within a fast-paced environment that requires your expertise in Level 3 NICU procedures and teamwork. The shift offers a comprehensive experience in neonatal intensive care, all while enjoying the unique rhythm of nocturnal hours in a hospital recognized for its trauma and specialized services.
