Job Description:

Join our team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Lake Charles, LA, for a vibrant contract opportunity. You'll be at the forefront of urgent care, providing critical nursing support during 12-hour mid-shift rotations. Expect to work primarily between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., 1 p.m. to 1 a.m., or 3 p.m. to 3 a.m., with the flexibility to meet departmental needs. This assignment offers a chance to apply your ED expertise in a fast-paced setting with a busy trauma environment, especially suited for nurses with 4-5 years of ED experience, particularly in level 3 or higher trauma centers. Eligibility to work in EPIC ASAP is required, along with certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC—additional certifications such as ENPC, NIHSS, or NRP are a plus.
