Job Description:

Join a dedicated dialysis unit as a Registered Nurse in this engaging contract opportunity. You will be responsible for managing patient treatments in a high-volume dialysis setting, with the potential to step into a charge RN role—especially if you've got charge experience and a knack for leadership. The schedule consists of four 10-hour days, primarily during the daytime shift, allowing for a consistent routine with weekends off. You'll work with a patient ratio of 1:2 during the day and 1:1 at night, adapting your skills to meet diverse patient needs. This position values Epic experience and requires ACLS and BLS certifications. The facility spans multiple locations, including St. Charles Bend and Madras, where flexibility within your scope and floating to meet facility demands are expected.
