Job Description:

Step into a travel nursing opportunity as an ICU Registered Nurse where you'll be immersed in a fast-paced, adult-to-geriatric patient population. Your evenings will be dedicated to providing critical support during 12-hour night shifts, managing complex diagnoses such as ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, and Cardiac emergencies. This role offers the chance to work within a well-equipped unit utilizing Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems—where your expertise in handling a 1:2-3 nurse-to-patient ratio, with flexibility for a third patient, will shine. With a focus on safety and efficiency, you'll wear navy scrubs, float as needed within the facility, and coordinate care in an environment that values clinical excellence and adaptability. From managing post-op complications to responding to emergencies like GIB and COPD exacerbations, your skills will be essential in delivering high-quality ICU care in a setting that challenges and rewards alike.
