Job Description:

This tropical stay involves working night shifts in a 36-bed medical-surgical unit, where you'll assist with procedures like IV insertions, central lines, and wound care, all while supporting a team managing conditions such as stroke, sepsis, renal failure, and post-op recovery. Expect to collaborate closely with providers and float across various nursing areas, utilizing systems like EPIC to ensure seamless patient care. The role combines technical skill with an active bedside presence, all in a setting where every night offers new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.
