Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you on a 12-hour night shift in a stepdown unit that combines Med-Surg and PCU work. You'll be working with a team that manages patients with diagnoses such as heart failure, sickle cell, and other acute conditions, requiring a solid PCU skillset. The role involves titrating set-rate drips, pulling your own labs, and collaborating closely with charge nurses and nurse aides. Experience in similar hospital settings, at least two years of professional practice, and successful completion of a previous travel contract are essential. Expect a mix of patient acuity and a fast-paced environment, all within a facility that values autonomy and teamwork.
