Job Description:

Join a specialized rehab unit working with brain injuries, stroke, and trauma patients, where you'll be part of a team that manages complex cases on a night shift. This role offers a choice between alternating 3x12s and straight 4x12s, giving you some flexibility in your schedule. As a télémetry RN, you'll interpret telemetry strips to monitor patients' cardiac status, ensuring timely interventions. The unit's staffing ratio is 6:1, and a BLS certification is required. Expect to work every other weekend and every other holiday, with float staff as needed to keep the team running smoothly.
