Job Description:

Join a fast-paced critical access hospital in Seaside, Oregon, as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in neuro diagnostics. This 26-week contract offers the opportunity to work in a 23-bed facility that handles a variety of cases, including trauma and ICU patients, with duties that include ventilator management using Draeger and Hamilton systems, and working solo during critical shifts in a 24/7 environment. You'll be floating between units, often working independently with a 1:1 patient ratio, while providing essential respiratory support in a setting that values adaptability and clinical expertise. The schedule features 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend, with the added challenge of managing ventilator therapy and advanced airway procedures. This assignment is designed for experienced RTs ready to make a tangible impact in a close-knit healthcare setting that combines critical care and emergency services.
