Job Description:

Join Ottumwa Regional Health Center as a Behavioral Health RN on a 12-hour night shift. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work within a 14-bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit, providing care for patients aged 18-65 experiencing anxiety, depression, manic disorders, borderline personality issues, or suicidal ideation. You'll be part of a dedicated team that tackles complex mental health needs, using MediTech electronic health records and collaborating closely with colleagues within a 25-mile radius. This role requires a solid background of 2+ years in behavioral health nursing, strong adherence to onboarding requirements, and the ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
