Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in medical-surgical and telemetry units for a travel contract in Greensboro. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, supporting patients with neurological conditions, post-surgical recovery, and rehabilitation needs. This role offers a unique chance to experience inpatient rehab settings with a focus on complex cases like stroke, aneurysm, or spinal cord injury. Expect to perform procedures such as dressing changes, sterile tray setup, phlebotomy, and patient assessments while floating between campuses as needed. Your responsibilities will encompass interpretation of lab results, medication reconciliation, and telephone triage, all within a collaborative environment that values your expertise.
