Job Description:

Join a premier Level I Trauma Center in Memphis for a challenging and rewarding step-down nursing role. You will be responsible for managing a team in a 36-hour weekly night shift, providing care to patients in a step-down/med surg overflow setting with occasional CV experience. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a large hospital environment where your expertise in trauma and complex patient cases will be put to good use. Expect to handle a team with a 1:6 ratio, following team nursing protocols, and contributing to patient recovery during overnight hours. This position requires at least two years of experience and is perfect for seasoned nurses looking to deepen their skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
