Job Description:

Join a specialized adult respiratory therapy team at a prominent teaching and level trauma hospital in Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, providing critical respiratory support to patients in intensive care units and acute care floors. Your expertise in adult critical care will be essential as you manage complex cases such as post-surgical patients, transplant recipients, and those with severe respiratory conditions. This assignment offers a unique chance to work with advanced equipment, including ECMO and Impella devices, all while floating within the hospital's scope to meet different unit needs—except during your scheduled weekend rotations. With a minimum of two years of critical care experience, NBRC RRT certification, and current South Carolina licensing, you’ll be well-equipped to handle this fast-paced, challenging environment. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a facility that emphasizes education and innovation, making your contribution essential to patient outcomes.
