Job Description:

Join Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth as a Lead NICU RRT and take responsibility for advanced respiratory therapy procedures in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. You'll be the go-to expert for NICU patients, performing tasks such as drawing ABGs, assisting with intubations, and managing ventilators like the Servo I. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a supportive clinical team, applying your NICU experience in a setting that values both precision and compassionate care—plus, you'll get to wear sleek black scrubs that require a purchase, adding a touch of uniform style to your shift. Expect to work a 12-hour night shift, providing critical respiratory support over a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week, all while immersing yourself in a hospital renowned for exceptional care and patient-focused service.
