Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU RN in a PCU setting where you will be vital in caring for step-down patients with complex needs. This role features 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., every other weekend off, providing a balanced schedule that allows for work and personal time. You will be responsible for managing ventilated patients with RT support, handling cardiac and insulin drips, and responding to critical events like Rapid Response and Code Blue situations. Your expertise in interpreting tele rhythm strips and guiding less experienced staff will be valued in this environment. This contract offers a chance to apply your critical care skills in a supportive yet challenging setting, with an all-inclusive rate of $90 per hour.
