Job Description:

Join us for a hospital nursing contract in Oklahoma City, where you'll provide vital care to a diverse patient population. This role involves managing a variety of cases with often complex health needs, requiring a nurse who is comfortable working in multiple settings, including surgical, behavioral health, medical specialties like GI, neuro, respiratory, hem-oncology, step-down units, and cardiac pediatric units. You will assist physicians during examinations, monitor physiological data, administer medications, and handle IV infusions and blood products. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while enjoying the quiet hours of the night. You'll also be the key point of contact for patients and families, explaining procedures and coordinating care, all while floating across different units as needed—your versatility is your strength in this role.
