Job Description:

This ICU contract opportunity involves providing specialized nursing care for critically ill patients in a hospital setting. You will be responsible for monitoring ventilated and sedated patients, titrating vasopressors, and managing complex drips such as Precedex, Propofol, and Fentanyl. Expect to perform PEG tube feedings, care for CVCs, PICCs, and midlines, and handle post-surgical, trauma, cardiac, and CVA patient cases. The role features 12-hour night shifts, offering a chance to develop deep expertise in intensive care procedures while working with a skilled team of RTs and Tele/Monitor Techs. This assignment promises a hands-on experience with high-acuity patients and a chance to sharpen your critical care skills in a setting where nurses provide primary care responsibilities in the ICU.
