Job Description:

This orthopedic and neuro surgical scrub assignment places you directly in the thick of complex surgeries at a bustling hospital campus. You will assist with a variety of procedures including general, neuro, ENT, and kidney transplants, with a particular emphasis on scrub duties alongside the surgical team. Expect to work 10-hour day shifts on a 13-week contract, primarily on the West Main campus, floating occasionally to other units as needed. The role offers a mix of scrub and circulating responsibilities, providing a comprehensive experience in high-volume surgical environments. Be prepared for up to two weekend shifts a month and some call duty with a quick 30-minute response time. Unique to this assignment is the opportunity to be involved in cutting-edge transplant and trauma surgeries in a Level I Trauma setting, making each shift both challenging and rewarding.
