Job Description:

This neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nursing contract invites experienced nurses to step into a role that combines critical care expertise with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of tiny patients and their families. You'll be responsible for planning and coordinating comprehensive care for neonates during night shifts, including medication administration, monitoring physiological changes, and addressing psychosocial needs. While managing your workload, you'll also supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary staff and may be floated to pediatric units as needed. The position offers a balance of teamwork and independence, with an emphasis on education and support for families navigating their baby's NICU journey.
