Job Description:

Step into the role of a Perioperative RN at a critical access hospital that manages a busy outpatient surgery center with two operating rooms and a dedicated procedure room. You will be responsible for supporting endo, eye, pain management, general, and urology cases, working scheduled 8-hour days. This assignment offers a chance to experience a variety of surgical procedures in a setting where adaptability is key, including opportunities to be on call during low census periods. The focus is on efficient patient flow before, during, and after surgery, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care in a community-oriented environment. Your expertise in intra-op, pre-op, and post-op processes will be essential to the success of each procedure, and familiarity with EPIC charting is required. This is a rewarding contract where your skills directly impact patient outcomes in a close-knit hospital setting.
