Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you in a PCU and MedSurg unit where versatility is key. As a registered nurse, you'll navigate a mix of acuities, working across various patient populations including cardiovascular, thoracic, oncology, and endocrine. Expect to engage in managing dysrhythmias, caring for post-cardiac surgery patients, and handling specialized procedures like TAVI/TAVR and arterial line management. The role involves floating within scope to meet unit needs, no on-call required, and the opportunity to experience the fast-paced environment of a large short-term acute care facility. While the schedule is structured around 12-hour night shifts, your day-to-day will involve hands-on patient management, administering complex treatments, and operating advanced equipment, all while ensuring safety and compliance in a private room setting.
