Job Description:

Join a specialized Pediatric Intensive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse and step into a role where your skills truly make a difference. This 13-week contract is set in a Level I Trauma Center that supports children from infancy through adolescence, offering a mix of medical and surgical cases. You'll work 3 rotating 12-hour shifts each week, alternating between day and night schedules in four-week blocks, providing a rhythm that keeps your work engaging without overwhelming. The unit handles complex cases including respiratory compromise, trauma, neurology, and post-operative care, with procedures like ECMO and CRRT on the table. Expect to float within the unit’s scope to meet patient needs, and be prepared to collaborate with a talented team of nurses, technicians, and support staff—delivering care that’s challenging yet rewarding.
