Job Description:

Join the Emergency Department team at a prominent healthcare facility in Indianapolis, where you'll be integral during 12-hour mids shifts. This role requires experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) prepared to handle a fast-paced ED environment with acuity ranging from shock to psychiatric emergencies. You'll work alongside a skilled team in a unit equipped with advanced tools like Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infusers. Your expertise in emergency nursing will shine as you adapt to fluctuating patient volumes, providing high-quality care in an environment that values critical thinking and swift decision-making. Expect a schedule of three days per week, with every other weekend on call, totaling 36 guaranteed hours.
