Job Description:
Join the team at a high-risk obstetrical unit in Dallas, TX, for a 13-week travel RN assignment in Labor and Delivery. You'll be caring for women during crucial moments—whether supporting cervical ripening, managing active labor, or recovering postpartum patients. Expect to handle vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and post-delivery care, all while working in a fast-paced environment with GE fetal monitors and Meditech documentation. The shift runs from 7 PM to 7 AM for 36 hours per week, providing a steady schedule with rotating weekends. This role is ideal for RNs with at least 2 years of high-risk OB experience and a solid background in obstetrical bedside procedures, including circulating in C-section contexts and recovering high acuity patients. Your expertise makes a difference in a unit that values advanced skills in fetal monitoring and high-risk obstetrical care. Get ready for an engaging experience that combines clinical excellence with a vibrant team atmosphere. And yes, this assignment might be challenging, but you'll certainly earn your extra star for managing the high-risk OB care!
