Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 12-hour night shift in Columbus, Ohio, providing specialized care to oncology patients at 19 James. This contract offers the opportunity to work with patients undergoing chemotherapy and managing complex symptoms associated with cancer. You’ll be responsible for continuous cardiac monitoring, administering blood products, managing central and PICC lines, and operating advanced equipment such as GE telemetry systems and Stryker beds. The role involves a mix of responsibilities that require both technical proficiency and compassionate patient interaction, all during evening hours that allow for daytime adventures in and around the city. The assignment emphasizes flexibility, as you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination within the rotation. Experience with EPIC electronic health records and oncology care is preferred but not required; your expertise in arrhythmia interpretation and IV management will be vital to your success here.
