Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 13-week contract at Mercy Hospital South in the Stepdown unit. This role offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts in a specialized unit focused on respiratory-related cases, including ventilator management, trach care, and complex medical conditions. You'll be overseeing patients with respiratory failure, COPD, GI bleeds, and other critical illnesses. The position is perfect for nurses who enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced environment and are confident managing high-acuity patients with ventilators and other respiratory equipment. As part of this assignment, you'll experience the unique rhythm of night shifts while making a tangible difference in patient outcomes—all within a well-supported, team-oriented setting.
