Job Description:

Join the Radiation Therapy team at a prominent cancer treatment center in Asheville, North Carolina, for a rewarding contract position as a Radiation Therapist. This role involves performing daily radiation treatments using advanced equipment such as Elekta Versa HD linear accelerators, GE Lightspeed simulators, and CyberKnife systems. You'll work a standard 8-hour day shift, with a focus on delivering precise treatments including CBCT, IGRT, IMRT, and 3D techniques, all while utilizing the Mosaiq EMR system. The setting offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team of nine radiation therapists, managing a patient load with high standards of care and efficiency. This assignment provides an engaging experience in a specialized unit with four state-of-the-art machines, and the chance to demonstrate your expertise in Elekta linacs and CT simulation—bonus points for experience with motion management.
