Job Description:

Join a fast-paced hospital unit in Wausau, WI, as a travel RN in a 36-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care setting. This role focuses on managing a variety of complex cases, including trauma, sepsis, and respiratory support, with an emphasis on ventilator and trach care. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, with a schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday coverage. Expect to float across inpatient units, especially higher acuity areas, and utilize your critical thinking skills to adapt quickly. The assignment provides a chance to experience a lively, engaged team while contributing to a unit that handles diverse patient needs. If you're resilient, independent, and have at least two years of stepdown or ICU experience—plus prior travel work—this opportunity is crafted for you.
