Job Description:

Join Aspirus Wausau Hospital as an experienced Anesthesia RN for a 13-week contract dedicated to supporting a busy operating room that features 21 ORs across multiple specialties. In this role, you'll perform circulating duties, assist with anesthesia procedures, and support anesthesiologists during a variety of surgeries including cardiothoracic, trauma, elective, and general surgeries. The shift involves 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with guaranteed 40 hours each week. Be prepared for on-call responsibilities requiring quick response times, a vehicle is necessary due to the 30-minute response requirement. This assignment offers a chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment such as Epic, Belmont, and Cell Saver, and to be an integral part of a high-functioning OR team. Prior travel experience and at least 3+ years of OR and anesthesia experience are essential for success in this critical support role.
