Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel contract at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital, where you'll be taking on 12-hour night shifts in a busy ICU setting. This role offers the chance to work with a patient ratio of 1:2, providing critical care to a variety of adult patients, with occasional pediatric cases such as ENT or orthopedic surgeries. The environment calls for experienced ICU nurses with at least 2 years of critical care background, especially those familiar with rural and critical access facilities. You'll be working in a facility that values flexibility, with floating to similarly skilled units within the hospital and to other Aspirus locations within a 40-mile radius, including Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River. Charting will be done in EPIC, and while prior charting experience is not mandatory, familiarity would be beneficial. The contract includes scheduled floating, minimal call-back expectations, and a focus on quality patient care without the burden of long-term commitments.
