Job Description:

This Med/Surg RN position at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital offers a chance to work in a 32-bed medical/surgical unit focusing on orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and ENT cases. The role involves 12-hour night shifts with a weekly commitment of 36 hours over 13 weeks. Travelers will be responsible for managing Med/Surg patients, floating to units like Riverview, Plover, and Divine Savior when needed. The assignment provides the opportunity to handle a varied caseload, coordinate patient care in a fast-paced setting, and adapt to different units within the hospital. As part of the team, you'll utilize Epic charting and meet experienced professional standards, contributing to patient outcomes while embracing change and resilience in your work environment.
