Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse role involves caring for the tiniest patients during overnight hours, specifically from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, Monday through Friday. You'll be working with infants in a Level IV NICU environment that requires expertise with post-operative care, g-tubes, trach/vent management, and various ventilation modes. The shift includes working two to three weekends within a six-week cycle, giving you a chance to balance work and personal time. To succeed, you'll need at least two years of NICU III/IV experience, with a minimum of one year in a Level IV NICU, and be comfortable managing complex post-operative cases. Certification in BLS and NRP (AHA) is necessary, and a Wisconsin RN license or a compact license is required.
