Job Description:

Join a respiratory care team for a contract assignment that offers a hands-on role in providing critical pulmonary support during 12-hour night shifts. You'll confirm physician orders, assess patients' responses to therapies, and respond to emergencies with confidence. Explaining procedures to patients and maintaining a safe environment are key aspects of the role. You'll set up and maintain respiratory equipment, administer medical gases, and assist with supply stocking, all while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and participating in educational activities. This assignment provides an engaging opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting without direct patient care involved beyond respiratory support.
