Job Description:

This step-down registered nurse position places you in a specialized role where you'll care for patients recovering from liver transplants and managing complex conditions like liver failure, end-stage renal disease, and sepsis. The unit also supports patients requiring hospice care and immunoglobulin therapy, making each shift both challenging and rewarding. Be prepared to occasionally join the "Emergency Team" during critical events, where staying until the situation resolves is part of the job.
