Job Description:

Join a team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Wilmington, North Carolina, where your expertise in radiology and cardiology procedures will be put to good use. This contract assignment involves working with advanced equipment like Siemens systems and performing a variety of specialized scans, including HIDA, Muga, Bone, Brain, Liver/Spleen, Lung, Renal, Thyroid, Tumor localization, and myocardial studies. You will be supporting adult, pediatric, and clinic settings in both hospital and outpatient environments, ensuring precise execution of complex procedures. The schedule consists of 8-hour daytime shifts, with every third weekend on call, offering a rhythm that balances work and personal time. This role is distinct because you’ll be integral to the diagnostic process, handling radioactive materials and drawing venous blood, all while working within a well-structured team utilizing EPIC and Pyxis systems.
