Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse position offers a chance to work in a busy, high-acuity environment where you’ll care for newborns needing specialized attention. The role involves managing infants’ vital signs, performing routine assessments, supporting skin-to-skin contact, assisting with breastfeeding, and documenting care using Epic charting software. You’ll experience a transition role that may include floating between nursery units based on delivery volumes, focusing on providing dedicated post-birth care. The assignment's unique nature means you’ll be part of a fast-paced team caring for fragile babies in a state-of-the-art hospital setting, all while working night shifts to keep the rhythm of the unit steady.
