Job Description:

Join us as an Operating Room (OR) Technologist on a 13-week travel assignment just south of Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be integral to assisting with a variety of surgical procedures, including total joints, spine, general surgery, orthopedics, and urology. The position involves working 10-hour shifts with multiple scheduling options to accommodate your preferences, including early mornings and later evenings. As part of the team, you'll experience a fast-paced environment supporting complex cases with DaVinci robot-assisted surgeries and a busy OR schedule averaging over 6 cases daily. Scrubs are provided, and CST certification is preferred, though NBSTA15 certification is accepted. This assignment offers a balanced mix of scheduled call-ins—approximately 6-8 times over six weeks—covering weekends or consecutive days, with some night and early morning duties. Experience in total joint, spine, or general surgeries, and comfort with robotic procedures, will help you excel in this unique opportunity.
