Job Description:

Join us for a travel nursing position in Española, New Mexico, where you'll be floating between departments and local locations within a 20-mile radius. This role involves providing direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a guaranteed commitment of 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract. You'll utilize your nursing skills to assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with the healthcare team. As a float nurse, flexibility and adaptability are key, and you'll also play a role in supervising LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel. This unique assignment offers variety in daily tasks and the opportunity to work in different units, sharpening your clinical expertise while enjoying a vibrant community setting.
