Job Description:

Join a fast-paced hospital setting as a travel nurse working 12-hour night shifts in Albany, GA. This assignment focuses on medical and surgical care, with a variety of high-acuity cases including diabetic, CHF, COPD, GI bleed, renal failure, dialysis, post-surgical overflow, amputations, wound care, DVTs, ETOH, psych, and future hospice patients. You will be part of a team that emphasizes patient safety and quality of care, working primarily in a primary care nursing role without patient assignments, and supporting the unit as needed. Experience with high-acuity, high-turnover environments is essential, and familiarity with ICU-level care standards will be valuable. The role involves adherence to a strict 75-mile radius rule, and all candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar hospital setting. You will be expected to follow hospital protocols, including different dress codes and strict attendance policies, while contributing to a team that values patient satisfaction and safety.
