Job Description:

Join our team as a travel RN in the Labor & Delivery department at Barton Memorial Hospital, nestled in the scenic South Lake Tahoe area. This 13-week assignment is set on a dedicated unit with eight beds, where you'll navigate high-risk pregnancies, perform outpatient fetal stress tests, and participate in all aspects of maternal care—from pre-labor to nursery. Nights bring a sense of quiet focus, and you'll be the primary provider managing urgent situations independently, including neonatal resuscitation and C-section recoveries. With a minimum of two years' experience in labor and delivery, your skills in handling complex cases such as preeclampsia and multiples will shine. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your nursey skills and collaborate with experienced RN/LC staff in a supportive environment that values your adaptability and initiative.
