Job Description:

Join a dedicated outpatient physical therapy team in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, for an engaging contract role that emphasizes hands-on evaluation, follow-ups, and patient education. You'll primarily work with orthopedic conditions, neuro issues, imbalance, and weakness, providing skilled care in a fast-paced environment. The schedule consists of 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with a total commitment of 40 hours per week for 13 weeks. This opportunity offers a chance to experience a community-focused setting where your expertise directly impacts recovery and mobility. Flexibility to assist with inpatient needs will occasionally be part of the schedule, offering variety to your day-to-day activities. The team values proactive clinicians who enjoy a collaborative atmosphere and are comfortable handling a caseload of 12-15 patients daily, including evaluations and follow-ups. Be prepared for on-the-fly schedule adjustments and float opportunities between outpatient and inpatient settings based on patient needs.
