Job Description:

This ICU travel nursing role places you amidst some of the most intense cases in a hospital that handles trauma, transplants, and critical care. You'll work 12-hour night shifts in SICU, MICU, or TICU units, managing ventilated patients, hemodialysis catheters, and complex post-operative care. Expect to perform bedside procedures like bronchoscopies, trach care, and hemodialysis line placements, all while maintaining a focus on sterile technique and rapid response. The assignment offers the chance to refine your skills in a high-volume teaching hospital, with opportunities to float across ICU and MedSurg/Tele units. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment that demands clinical precision and adaptability—it's a place where every night presents a new challenge.

Job Specifics:

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Duration: 13 weeks (approximately 36 hours per week, with three weekend shifts every 4 weeks)
