Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in the cardiac and renal unit of a busy hospital, primarily working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be responsible for managing high-acuity telemetry patients, interpreting 12-lead EKGs, initiating and titrating various drips, and handling procedures like PIV insertions and chest tube management. The role offers an engaging mix of acute cardiac and renal care, with opportunities to collaborate closely with experienced staff in a 41-bed unit that boasts a seasoned management team. This assignment is perfect for skilled Tele/Med-Surg RNs with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, including trauma level II exposure and recent Epic charting proficiency. Expect to float within the hospital's Midtown campus and occasionally cross to nearby facilities, all within a supportive environment that values resilience and critical thinking. Travel RNs will have the opportunity to integrate into a team dedicated to delivering excellent patient outcomes while experiencing the unique rhythms of this vibrant hospital setting.
