Job Description:

Join us for an engaging travel healthcare contract in Elmira, NY, where you'll work evening shifts in a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes. This role involves providing specialized nursing care during 8-hour evening shifts, typically from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with the opportunity to float to other inpatient units such as the Addiction Rehab Unit when needed. You'll be responsible for assisting in patient care responsibilities, handling charge nurse duties after training, and working every other weekend and holidays—no surprises here! With a commitment of 40 hours per week over a 13-week assignment, this position offers a chance to gain experience while exploring the scenic landscapes of the area. Just remember, scheduling weekends off requires coverage, so teamwork is key. Expect to wear navy blue scrubs and contribute to a dedicated healthcare team in a vibrant hospital setting.
