Job Description:

Join this exciting Medical Surgical Oncology RN contract where you'll be the vital link in caring for adult to geriatric patients battling oncology diagnoses. Your expertise will guide patients through their journey from diagnosis to end-of-life, managing hematology diagnoses, oncologic emergencies, and chemo precautions. Expect to work with infusions like morphine, Dilaudid, PCA, and CADD pumps, all while in a unit that emphasizes safety and collaboration. The shift is a 12-hour overnight schedule, offering a chance to experience the quiet of night while making a difference in patients' lives. This assignment provides a real opportunity to hone your oncology skills in a respectful, team-focused environment with a manageable census of 15 patients daily.
