Job Description:

Join us as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Augusta, where you'll work on a dedicated general med-surg unit caring for adult to geriatric patients. This assignment offers the chance to utilize your skills in a fast-paced environment, with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio. Expect to work day shifts of 12 hours, providing essential patient monitoring and support. You'll become familiar with systems like Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR, all while donning navy blue scrubs. The role also includes floating within the facility and working every other weekend. Plus, there’s a unique twist: if major holidays fall during your assignment, you'll be expected to work them, making your time off all the more rewarding when scheduled.
