Job Description:

This LTAC Registered Nurse position offers an engaging opportunity to provide specialized care in a dedicated Long-Term Acute Care setting. You’ll be responsible for managing patients with diagnoses such as stroke rehab, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and general rehabilitation. The shift is scheduled for overnight hours, with 3 twelve-hour shifts per week from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, allowing you to experience the quiet of night while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery. This role emphasizes teamwork in a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, with weekend shifts required and float coverage provided. Prior Epic experience and at least 2 years of recent LTAC nursing are essential, making this a great chance to demonstrate your skills in a focused environment that challenges and rewards.
