Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Critical Care Float Registered Nurse to join a healthcare team in Augusta. This role involves working in intensive care units, including ICU, Neuro ICU, and CVICU, with the flexibility to float across multiple units such as MS, MS/Tele, and PCU. The nurse will be responsible for managing adult to geriatric patients, adhering to established protocols, and utilizing systems like Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR. The schedule includes 12-hour day shifts, with an emphasis on teamwork and adaptability. It’s an excellent opportunity to achieve diverse critical care experience in a busy hospital setting, all while enjoying a balanced work environment that encourages professional growth and collegiality.
