Job Description:

Join us as an ICU Registered Nurse in the vibrant city of Lubbock, Texas, where you'll provide critical care to patients in a Level II Trauma Center. This role requires you to float between units, with an emphasis on neuro ICU experience preferred. You'll work night shifts, with every other weekend on call-free nights, and handle patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3. Expect to engage in complex neurological assessments and work alongside a dedicated team in a 379-bed short-term acute care facility. This assignment offers an exciting opportunity to refine your ICU skills while experiencing the unique rhythm of Texas healthcare delivery.
