Job Description:

This NICU RN contract at Mercy Hospital Joplin offers a unique opportunity to work in a dedicated Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with 16 beds. You'll be involved in caring for neonatal patients with complex needs, including high-risk deliveries, bubble CPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy. The shift is scheduled overnight for 12 hours, providing a focused, quieter period to apply your skills and expertise. Expect to collaborate closely with a professional team in a supportive environment, while enjoying the chance to experience a city with a rich blend of cultural and outdoor activities.
